Our Story
Who We Are
Huizhou Hongli Wood Inc. is a specialist manufacturer of fire-rated door assemblies, founded in 2013 and headquartered in China. Over decades, we have grown from a domestic supplier serving the Chinese construction market into an internationally recognised fire door brand, regularly exporting to projects across Asia and Europe.
Our product range covers three core categories – timber fire doors, glazed fire doors and composite fire doors – along with a full range of certified fire door hardware. Every product is manufactured in our own facility, tested by accredited independent laboratories, and certified to BS 476 and EN 1634-1.
We supply main contractors, property developers, architects, specialist fire door distributors, and procurement companies. The majority of our international business is conducted directly between our factory team and overseas buyers – no intermediary, no added margin, full technical accountability.

Timber Machining
Precision CNC timber machining shapes door leaves, frames, and rebates to tight dimensional tolerances. Accurate geometry is critical for a timber fire door to maintain its rated seal and integrity throughout the fire-test classification period (FD30 / FD60 / FD90 / FD120).
Core Filling
Fire-resistant cores — high-density particleboard, solid timber laminations, or vermiculite-reinforced layers — are precision-cut and bonded inside the door leaf under controlled factory conditions. No voids, no compression: a full fire-rated core build to certified specification.
Assembly & Sealing
Door leaves are assembled, hot-pressed, and edge-banded with hardwood lippings to protect the core and carry the hinge and lock fixings. Intumescent strips and cold-smoke seals are routed into the leaf or frame rebate at this stage, exactly as tested in the certified fire door assembly.
Surface Finishing
Finished with a wide range of natural wood veneers — oak, walnut, sapele, ash, teak, maple and more. Stain colours are fully customisable to match client samples or architect specifications, delivering a bespoke look without compromising certified fire performance.
Hardware Fitting
Certified hinges, overhead closers, locks, and additional hardware are fitted and adjusted by trained technicians. Each door is operated through multiple cycles and checked for smooth, positive latching before final inspection.
Quality Inspection & Packing
Every door undergoes dimensional verification, hardware function check, and visual inspection against specification before being wrapped and packed in sea-freight-rated packaging with corner protection and moisture barriers.

Full Transparency on Certification
We provide complete test documentation for every product we make. Fire test reports, Declarations of Performance, ISO 9001 certificates – everything a specifier, building inspector, or insurance assessor needs is available before and after purchase. We do not ask buyers to trust claims we cannot verify with paper.
Factory-Direct Accountability
